In view of the COVID-19 outbreak and the recent health advisories of the the Belgian and Luxembourg Governments and the World Health Organization (WHO), the Embassy of Pakistan is limiting its consular operations from March 19, 2020 as per following:
(i) All consular services, except for Pakistani nationals, will be suspended till further orders.
(ii) Pakistani nationals seeking consular services must get a prior appointment by visiting https://pakistanembassy.be/make-an-appointment/ or calling +32-2-6738007. Appointments can be scheduled for Mondays, Wednesdays or Fridays between 1000-1300 hrs.
(iii) Pakistan-origin visa applicants can apply online at: https://visa.nadra.gov.pk/
(iv) For Machine-Readable Passports (MRPs), please apply at: https://onlinemrp.dgip.gov.pk/
(v) Attestation of documents, except Power of Attorney, would only be entertained through registered post, along-with a pre-paid return envelope and proof of payment. (Attestation fee of € 10/- per document may be deposited in the Embassy’s account no. BE 02 3100 8222 2340).
3. All Pakistani nationals residing in Belgium and Luxembourg are advised to follow public health advisoriesissued from time to time by their respective governments.
